Howard’s Voyage, an extravagant cruise ship with an even more extravagant event, has held a party around an auction for the Blue Cheese, a diamond sought after by many wealthy collectors. Everything changed when the notorious Monterey Jack arrived, stealing the Blue Cheese for himself. Wanting to prove himself, it's up to Mr. Mungko, the clumsy magician, to capture Monterey Jack, successfully take back the Blue Cheese, and save the day.
